Client Background
Icon’s client provides a fully supported medically weight loss services to their patients. There customers are typically individuals with a BMI over 30, based in the North-West. However they also offer a remote service covering the whole of the UK. Our client has recently launched a clinical trials service and need to recruit patients to join the trial.
The Challenge
Our client wished was looking to sign up patients to their clinical trials across three locations across the North-West. They also wanted to grow their database of potential patients interested in medically led weight loss.
The Solution
Icon started a paid social campaign for our client across Instagram and Facebook. This approach was used as it allowed us to provide a targeted approach at a low CPM. This campaign commenced in May 2026. We collaborated with our client to obtain relevant creative and ad copy.
The Results
This campaign has performed exceptionally well with a low CPL and significant impressions. The results to date are as follows.
